X that out I wanna make a new clan called Shiro it can be an angelic clan

i am not an admin but that is way overpowered because no clan can control everything that is like uber godmodding

oh no i ddnt mean it like that
i meant that each person has there own element not that each controls everthing

still alittle uber because those are charka elements and than people who have those elements would have trouble registering jutsus of the element

for an angelic clan i would think more of light than any esle

but that is just my opinion
